    Not sure.

    The Telus store at Beacon hills is the place I did hands on before I ordered mine from shopblackberry.ca. They definitely have a real model there but not sure if they have one for sell.

    When I got my nano Sim I it was in a rogers store at Harvest hills, the girl was surprised to see my passport and asked where I got it because their order hasn't been filled yet.

    Both Bestbuy.ca and futureshop.ca have in stock at stores, and lets you check availability in stores and reserve one online.

    I bought mine off-contract at Telus in Chinook Centre. Little bit of hassle, but they eventually gave in.

    Thanks guys for all your suggestions.

    I ended up buying it from a local, fellow CB'er who pm'd me. He got an extra one when they were launched (yeah, he got the promotional price, and nah I didn't).

    Happy tonight! Downloading the OS update as we speak. Woohoo!!!
