As the title says, i am just wondering if anyone is having problems with their passports, as in some of the keys are a bit squishier than others, and the space bar has a different click from other keys?

    Or is this standard? Thanks!

I found that at first, but (on mine at least) once the keys were all worn in, the problem went away. The space button gets the most use, so it softens fast while the other keys are still 'crunchy'

    1. I swear I thought this thread was started by sad_old_man when I read the title

    2. I am not a Passport user but I have read several threads/posts where several users faced this issue but eventually it went away.

It's not. He's sad_old_man's brother. Keeping an eye out for him during his absence.

Don't worry after a while you will be able to type without even looking at the keyboard!

Ps>ive typed this without looking and with zero errors unlike ios and android!

I had this problem. The spacebar should feel the same as the other keys, don't let anyone tell you any different. I spoke to BlackBerry about it and they said the spacebar 'may' feel a bit different, but that's not true. Without a proper click from the spacebar, or any other key for that matter, it's hard to know for sure if you've pressed it and this slows down your typing.

I got my BlackBerry Passport replaced because of this issue and the new one is perfect. I would recommend that you challenge this with the retailer/carrier.

    Good luck :-)
