    Hi everyone! I synced my device with the blackberry protect site and im able to locate it but I cannot turn on anti theft protection! Does anyone know how to make it active cause for now it is unavailable and does not have any other option

    If you can locate your device, BlackBerry Protect is already on. If BlackBerry Protect is on, then (if you are on 10.3.2) anti-theft is on.

    Yeah in the settings is already turned on. I dont know why in the site is off. Anyway I was able to locate it.

    My BB Protect in Settings is on but when I checked the protect.blackberry.com page, Anti-theft Protection is indicated as being Unavailable

    I have a BB Passport SQW100-1 with BB10.3.2836

    Facing this issue with my Classic...anyone else?

    edit: forget it...switched OFF and then back ON again in the options solved this...
