    Has anyone encounter a problem where when you launch amazon app store you get a message to accept\decline giving appstore Shared Files and Location access but if you press Accept the app just closes?

    I checked the permissions for the app and it has both. Any ideas on what could be wrong? I don't think I ever actually used it before with my passport.

    Yes. Had them few times until I figured out not to tap on update if it ask you. I think it's a bug. Reinstalling the app won't fix. It's a pain in the ***!

    Ever since I received my replacement Passport (1week ago) I have been getting the following msg but the app won't run, do you guys know how to fix?

    I'm getting the same thing. It occured after I did a wipe and re-synced things. My battery lasts forever now but I can't get amazon to work

    I had the same problem. It happened after I switched all my information from my Z10 to the Passport. What I had to do was goto Amazon.com and download the app. Scan the bar code and it will down load and you are all set.

    Thanks, I did not have to scan anything, I just reinstalled and I do not know what I did but the app is working fine now!
