I just noticed that the official BlackBerry Connect to OneDrive app uses mobile data even when the option to use mobile data is turned OFF.

See attached Device Manager pic. At no time did I have"Use Mobile Network" turned ON.

This is a major problem that BlackBerry needs to fix ASAP.

Thanks for the Alert, not seeing it so far but we'll certainly be checking regularly.

I think the setting to not use mobile data is only in regards to sync. If you use the file manager and open the one drive folder while on mobile data, it will still use data to view the folder and create thumbnails.

OK. This would make sense. However, it seems like a lot of data to make thumbnails. I certainly didn't download anything more than a few DOCX or XLSX files.

    Something doesn't seem right.

I agree, Connect to onedrive used all my data last month. I have it set in 'do not use mobile data' and I have never opened the app while on mobile data connection, only wifi. Yet it used around 700mb downloading and 400mb uploading while on mobile data

The problem still exists for me. Is there any way around it? Or is there only the option to delete the app?
