Just to share with you my disaster.
After downloading a New os version via b�ta zone, i saw that m'y battery life drastically felt. So I decided to factory reset my device using built in swipe.
The process first freezes at 96%. After waiting for one day, I used vol+vol- to restart and reinit,then process start again. Blocked this time, at 97%.
Several hours later no progress. New reset. And guess what ?boom. (we say patatra in french) : error /bb10-0015.
So I launched BlackBerry link to reinstall the system. Here again fatal error.
Just because my pp was using 10.3.2 et BlackBerry Link tried to reinstall the orignal 10.3.1.
Chances are a few research on crackberry gave me the possibility repare my phone using autoloader. EUREKA !!!!
Now I breath again. I'am alive.
Without my pp those days, my productivity was terrific. Now I can do all my business stuff as effectively as before .
