    In anticipation of the forthcoming update I tried to backup my passport with Bblink last night. This morning, after 12 hours the backup was only at 30%. Is this normal? Trying to back up using the stock usb cable and a mac pro. Is there anything I can do to streamline this process?

    Nope that's def not normal. I would disconnect and try again. Should only take between 20-30 minutes tops.
