I think for 950 I'd rather buy from porsche or shop bb.... I had a bad experience with a vendor and a graphite bb I ordered... the box was opened amd the phone was clearly used!!!!

Agreed. I even resisted ordering ShopBlackBerry and waited til I was in the DC area and bought it in person at a PD Store in Tyson's Galleria. I got to see Black vs Graphite right next to each other. I only buy in person.

It should fit since only the BlackBerry Classic and passport use a nano sim

Hi,

It is a microsim in P'9983 and from what I remember from my Z30 days it was the same in that phone as well so you should be good...it was not until the PP and Classic that they changed to the Nano

Can confirm! No girl is impressed with a Samsung let alone iPhone because they all got one themselves. Those are the Toyota Camrys of mobile phones whereas ours are well, the Porsches.

PD P'9983 Graphite has exquisite build quality, got mine just yesterday from a Dubai. Completely blown away.

It simply cannot be compared to other phones in the market, True Porsche.

Thinking of pulling the trigger on a black carbon 9983. I've got the red passport and a black classic, but there's something about this tiny and impractical slab of premium blackberry weaponry that keeps drawing me in.
As far as I can tell you can get one from kick mobiles for �709.

Anyone else wondered what on earth they were doing moving from a far better equipped handset into the 9983 and ended up bloody loving it?

I was briefly taken in by the red 9982, but the woeful battery life has got to be a dealbreaker in anyone's eyes. I had the Z10, and was forever charging the thing. Not much point having a beautiful phone with an ugly battery pack permanently strapped to it.

Did anybody buy P9983 after Classic? What can You tell me about P9983? Is it the same as Classic? Or does it have better internal components, which will make voice and audio transmission better and system faster?
