Hello. I have my P9981 on AT&T. I noticed that I only get a 3G sign on my network bar. On my White unlocked Rogers 9900 phone, I would get an H or HSPA on my network bar. Does this mean than the P9981 runs slower on AT&T than a unlocked Rogers or AT&T Bold 9900?

Not necessarily. According to GSMArena, they're both capped at 14.4mbps for maximum down. The best way to tell would be to do a speed test.

simple enough... i can pull out the sim and insert it in the bold 9900... is their a good online speed test site you would recommend?

There used to be a speedtest.net app in App World. If it's still there, that might be the best bet.

This often depends on the provider configuration of the device; my 9981, 9900 and Q10 all show 3G despite being connected to 4G or H+.

Did various tests and the speeds are the same for 3G + my Rogers H+.
