P9981 regional OS Change possible?

Hey guys, may i ask i've got a set of the P9981 from germany however i wish to have chinese input which the german version does not include. However the hong kong version of the 9981 does include chinese text input. Is there anyway i could install the hong kong version of the firmware of the device on the german set?

What kind of input you are looking for? Smartone has given me an add-on and I can do Chinese inputs, barely.

Looking for chinese input for SMS messages. Smartone is a email client right?
