Hey guys I havent found a whole lot of info on this phone. Just a few questions. Where is the cheapest/ best place I can actually buy this phone (i have seen a huge spread in online sellers? Is it 4g? Overall how satisfied are you with it meaning would you buy it again or just stick with whatever you were using before? Thanks

i love this phone for the WoW factor and yes I would buy again to show off but not as a working phone. I am satisfied simply b'cos everyone goes "wow" but quality wise, i prefer using 9900.
I bought mine in Harrods in London and claim VAT as leaving the country. I think that is the cheapest way, and no its not 4G.... - 04-24-2012, 01:30 PM #4
If i had a do-over, I would never buy it again. The wow factor wears off quickly and you only get it from people that know what it is, which is not many. I find the keyboard on the 9900 much much better and easier to use. Also, no 7.1, no themes. But I do like the added weight and size and the way it feels in my hand.
Anyway, I would never again buy it. - 04-25-2012, 02:16 AM #5

Would you mind saying how much you bought it from Harrods? I will be in London next week and am thinking to help a friend get one if it is cheaper net of VAT. Hope you can help.

£ 1200 or £ 1250 I forgot @ Porsche Design 4th floor, and they don't always have stock... and then go to 2nd floor to claim tax return form for when you leave the country. its 20% VAT but minus admins etc... so around 15% not bad i think...
next to Porsche Design there is Vodafone, I would try Bold 9900 first.. I think its nicer to use, but the looks P9981 to me is beautiful....
