    Hey guys!

    I just bought my Porsche design blackberry p9981 handset about 4 months ago. And I'm having trouble with the mic. It's not picking up any sound. If I use a pair of headphones to communicate then it works fine. I read that if my phone is in warranty I can get it replaced. Can you please help me figuring out how to go about it? Any idea how much does that cost?

    where'd u buy it? Best bet would be calling blackberry support they most likely will send u a rma box and start the process

    Ive done this to my first P9981, call the blackberry support and they will guide you through.
