Hello,

I have deleted the original Games folder from my BlackBerry P'9981 after moving the two games in it to another folder. Despite the option of adding new folders, I would like to restore that Games folder with the joystick icon embedded, is there a way to do so?

I believe the only way would be to reload the OS

Does that mean I will lose all changes I've made? And how do I do that?

I tried doing a factory reset long time ago however I can't remember 100% that the games went back, you can try doing that or reloading the OS but make sure you do a back-up, I believe doing the OS reload would bring it back, just use the blackberry desktop software and then if you go check for software update you can see all the apps and the games should be in there too, tick it and I'm sure it'll be reloaded back to the phone..but make sure you do a back-up first
