    Unfortunately nothing. The P'9981 is based on the 9900 whereas the P'9982 is based on the (GSM) STL 100-2/3 Z10s.

    There have been leaks about a P'9531, which would've been a CDMA version of the P'9981, but that one never got released.

    I don't believe it can, verizon only uses the GSM part of the 9930 while roaming outside the USA
