Well you can't uninstall 10.3.1 because if you do, your phone won't work because it needs the software.

But you can always go back to an older version which I don't recommend because I'm pretty sure someone here might know a fix to that.

What happens when you try to change the date back. Have you checked the settings under Date and Time, maybe the wrong time zone is selected. Also try turning off the option to auto detect time and date.

It means it never automatically picked up time from your mobile provider.

Before you run an autoloader for an older OS and then restore an old backup, why don't you first try a security wipe to see how a clean 10.3.1 install behaves?

My update swallowed the default apps like Msic, Videos, Voice command etc. Where do I get it? I want to go to the older version.

Did you load the OS yourself? What OS did you load exactly?

Yes you did unfortunately. You downloaded an early OS version meant for developers to use for testing their apps on OS 10.3. Dev OS versions are typically missing many apps, like the media ones you mentioned.

Here's the BB website page on updating your OS:
BlackBerry 10 Software Updates - New Update Software for BlackBerry Smartphones - Canada

Here's a thread with links to autoloaders for every OS version:
http://forums.crackberry.com/bb10-leaked-beta-os-f395/bb10-os-archive-943672/

Go to the bit.ly link provided. Choose 10.3.1, then OS + Radio, then 10.3.1.2558. Then select the correct device.

*PLEASE NOTE*
Both the web update from BB website or any autoloader are "destructive updates," meaning they will wipe all data, apps, and settings from your device when they load your new OS.
