I don't know if this will help at all, but Word Mole wasn't on my latest handset when I got it. I managed to install it using Desktop Manager on the PC. I went to Application Loader and then Add/Remove Applications.

I'm not sure what to suggest if you don't have DM or that has somehow been affected by the backup in which you lost your games.
