    Is there anyway to change the game volume?

    Does the app itself have to offer a volume control?

    If so, how do I just mute everything while playing games?

    If you don't see a volume contol on the app and you're turning up the volume on the device, that's as good as it gets...

    That sucks about volume control on pacman. I have been wanting to mute it myself.
