I bought this used blackberry bold and installed the .237 os on it. But I'm missing the memo pad, brickbreaker and gtalk. I use these applications a lot. Is there a way I can download these from somewhere?

Google Talk can be downloaded from Google.

Memo pad and Brickbreaker should be selectable from the application list in Desktop Manager. Google Talk can be downloaded from here with your device browser: http://mobile.blackberry.com
