I recently update to vodafone Uk .141 os.

I backed up my data before i started then restored after i updated but the game i purchased from the app world store is no longer there and when i log in it says no apps associated with this account. When i try to purchase again it tells me that i already purchased this item and to go to my world to retrieve it but it's just not there.

Does anyone know how to get this back ? Or who to contact about this ? I have been given an email addy from the game makers to email but i have not had a reply back and it's been over a week. I really want this game back as it was so much fun.

it's not there and why would it be ? i upgraded my os to .141 which would have wiped the storms memory yes ?

If not in app list, idk what 2 do next. Hope someone will help.

Having the same problem... But my apps are still in my Application list on my phone...

Try opening the App World from your home screen> select My World> Menu> Log In> your purchases should reconcile. Maybe you can reinstall?

nothing there. I just get an error code telling my no app associated with my account but yet i have the email confirming payment.
