There has been lot of changes done in latest version 1.6. Older version upto 1.4 was little buggy. Try avoiding those version. V 1.6 is only available through appworld

On a more serious note, Lexulous is incredibly difficult to play on my storm2. The play area is very small and the letters to play are super tiny; however, there is a bunch of empty space around the board for them to have increased the size of the board, is there a fix for this yet?

In challenge mode you can basically enter any word you want, whether it's valid or not. It's up to your opponents to challenge it - if your word is invalid it gets removed off the board, but if it is your opponent loses a turn.
