My personal best is 19,175 which was something like level 6 or 7 the second time around. Here's my problem...

I've currently got a game going with a score of 15,690. I think it's somewhere around level 26 with one brick left but my ball is stuck in a repeating pattern inside the box. It has been there for two days. The pattern continues to repeat and the ball doesn't change pattern. I would just dump it but I've got 12 lives left right now!!!

Any suggestions? I have paused/resumed countless times. Is there any key to change the pattern?

I downloaded Sudoku from the Blackberry frequent whatever website and it told me that it only had like 10 easy levels and I would have to download an upgrade which naturally costs money. I don't know if I got a bad version or if it does this coz it would not let me load another game during the trial period (which they claimed was 3 days but was only for like 12 hours!!

Anyways, so I started playing BB on my bus rides to/from work and man is that game addicting once I got hang of it and realized exactly what the add ones were. I think Im stuck on level 14!

It was level 28 and I finally got out, only to lose all 12 lives on the next pattern. So much for a new personal high!!!

Not sure how to get out of the repeating pattern.. It always just changed the pattern after like 4-5 times through.. But I do know why scores can be in the millions and be on low levels.. After you pass level 34 you go back to level 1.. But its faster.. I couldn't get past level 16 again!! Argh!

The pattern starts dropping sooner the second time around too, or does it actually start lower? I don't remember. I think I've only been past 34 once!!!

I don't play it that much. I play Trooper Typing which is pretty fun and it helps you get used to texting when you first get your BB.

I am so addicted to brick breaker ever since I bought my BlackBerry last month. Currently my high score is 11800 with 24 levels.. But I am on the verge of breaking my own record!

I've only had my BB for two weeks and I'm absolutely hooked on Brickbreaker! Simple, fun, challenging (and free).

I'm at 12500 / level 23 for a high score. That's after two weeks of ownership, maybe I've found my calling in life ~

I love Brickbreaker too.

When you check the high scores on line it shows scores in the millions and the levels are very low. How is this possible?

Once you pass level 34 it starts back over at level one but you keep your score. The only difference is the ball immediately moves fast and the first time it touches your paddle the pattern starts lowering.

Ex. My highscore at the moment is 33,020 at level 29, second time around.

And as for thread topic, yes, I'm addicted. I play everytime I go outside to smoke a cig, during tv commercials, breaks at work, etc.

I use it all the time. High score of 3630 level 7. Nothing to be proud of but I use it a lot.

Once you pass the level 34 is goes back to the start but the brick start to fall faster. I flipped it plus 12 and finished with 24510. Ways to increase your score. You want the gun feature, allows you to get 50pts per brick destroyed. best to allow the brick you shoot to get hit twice before shooting it, this way the brick will be worth 70 points instead of 30.
