So I purchased a theme and game, and I billed to my phone bill and did all that and it never sent me the link I contacted them but no response has anyone else had this trouble or is just me? :/

Same thing happened to me! It was only a couple of dollars but still ticked me off. I sent them several messages, but to no avail!
