download the OS for your device from the web and install on your computer. once installed, you can run either Desktop Manager or Apploader and then check the box for the YouTube app and it will reinstall it on your phone.
since you leave out important info on like what carrier/operating system you are using, we cant be much more specific or point you in a better direction.
I think you can download it from DM, can't you? isn't it a core app with os6?
an at&t user who plugs in their Torch running lets say 6.0.0.246 will be prompted to update via DM to the newest official (.526 was it or .534 i forget).
or you can just download the newest OS from the internet and install it manually through DM or Apploader without waiting for DM to prompt you to download it.
