Apparently, YouMail annouced Friday that they won't be developing for BlackBerry anymore. I've had their service for 4 years. Not happy about this.

Why is everyone saying "was"?
@BigBMC. Aside from future updates, why are you no longer happy?

The app is still available with a great final update!
It's not like they were updating the application frequently before anyway.

The only part that I am disappointed in is this...

This was a tough decision, especially since the BlackBerry is what got us our first million registered users and put us on the map as a company.

Although the parting statement in total seems thoughtful, I see no loyalty for the platform that "made it happen" for them. It almost seemed like a troll post to me, when they are basing their decisions on other platform's adoption of the app. They should continue their development just because so many BB users have embraced them to this day.

Oh well. At least they gave a heads-up on this, and made it even better before departing.
BB10 will have them back in a second when released.
