I would definitely have to say the addition of Pandora Radio is mine.
That coupled with the Griffin iTrip Auto Universal + (Fm Transmitter) completes my life.

If you are looking for a good FM Transmitter, I highly recommend this one as it works extremely well and even better it has a USB port so you can plug it in the car cigarette lighter and then plug the USB in to charge the phone all at the same time. Prices vary from $10-$30 for the 2007 model and $50 for the new model.

Next favorite items are the free pac-man and tetris from Benny Chow.
