Hudss, you play too much. I also beta tested this app, works well enough that I kept it and continue to use it. I like that it can send you the coordinates of the phones location through either google or bing maps. I tested that and bing gave me a street view right over my house. I'm not here to convince anyone to buy it, but it is a good app for the price.

Can't you set the permissions so the app can read the email and do its job without having the ability to send anything out?

There is no privacy when it comes to email / pin / text etc. RIM was sued and had to let the cat out of the bag.
