This is my first blackberry my wife has been bugging me for a few years for one finally caved in and loving it. My problem is actually on her tour (we have the same phones) she lost her icon for the facebook app and I tried to reinstall from the BB app world and it just gives me the option to run it. so it's installed just no icon anywhere to be found any suggestions on how to remedy this?
Thanks for the help guys i did what you said still no go but figured out she accidentally hid the icon that's why she was still getting her alerts and such.
