    Hello,
    I have Bold 9900 with OS 7.1 (Xmas Edition Hybrid) installed.
    I have a data plan.. i also have wifi..

    but whatsapp dosent work if my wifi is not connected.. i tried reinstalling, installing an older version.. and finally, even wiped my phone..
    still it dosent work without the wifi..
    please dont ignore this and someone please reply.. it would be a huge help..
