I have not tried iHeartRadio, but I have been using Nobex Radio Companion and would recommend it. I only listen to a single NPR station, but that's good enough for me. It has some connection issues over WiFi and ironically works better over carrier network.

not sure about europe or not but pandora is awesome. But it's only worth listening to if you're connected to wifi or 3g. EDGE just won't cut it.

IMO, pandora is the best internet radio app out for BB but it isnt FM just based on what you want to hear.

My Pandora works great over EDGE and when I flip on WiFi, its amazing.
