So I boot up my BB one morning, and on my home screen is a Bing icon. I click on it and it starts to install some Bing app.
I didn't ask for this, buy it, or order it. Anyone have any ideas why this is on a verizon curve? Some kind of spyware crap? Or just a sales pitch.

There are a billion threads on this subject.
It was pushed by Verizon. You can't do anything about it. Just hide if you don't like it. Or use it if you do.
And search (no pun intended) for the previous threads on this subject.
