Meterberry is a nice useful app to monitor ur battery and memory. I really recommend it and it can also reboot ur device. Really helpful if ur using a touchscreen only such as storm or torch 9850/60, that way u don't have to do a battery pull everytime u need to reboot ur device and u can set a schedule for it too.

Get battery EX as you can change the skin of the battery meter.

IIRC there are some free apps that do similar things however, with not as much functionality.
