- A nice push to talk app!
So many people have blackberry it would be nice to instantly connect to them via voice instead of bbm.11-26-10 06:05 PMLike 0 - Torch Users,

Posted from my CrackBerry at wapforums.crackberry.com11-26-10 07:08 PMLike 0 - I'm a longtime ScoreMobile user, but the Torch version needs some help. The lack of flick scrolling is annoying and it needs push notifications to make it better.
Posted from my CrackBerry at wapforums.crackberry.com11-26-10 07:39 PMLike 0 - Not as "real-time" since takes the other person a minute or two at least to get back, but have you ever sent Voice Notes in BBM? If not, try it out!11-26-10 07:57 PMLike 0
- I'd like to see Torch-compatible versions of:
-AIR MILES Reward Program
-Dictionary.com
I think it's crazy that Dictionary.com isn't compatible...11-26-10 07:59 PMLike 0 - I want:
- The Hockey News (I have the Score Mobile and love it. It's by far the best 'All Sports' app but for Hockey and Hockey news, it's just not the same as THN.)
- A good free PDF reader. Come on folks at Abobe, wake up!

If it's still in your Unavailable list, do an ALT+RST. (With App World open, hold down ALT key and type the 3 letters R S T.) App World will freeze and close. Re-open it and you should find Shazam available for download.11-26-10 08:32 PMLike 0 -
My top apps (in no particular order):
BerryBuzz
Six Tools
PatternLock
Google Maps
TuneIn Radio
WordRival11-26-10 08:34 PMLike 0 - No, Shazam v2.6 is available via App World again. I downloaded it a few days ago. Go check again!

Apps that don't exist for the Torch but you would like to see.

Anyway, the lousy alternative is already available through your BBM. Just record your voice and send
But I would like to have a dedicated PTT application would be great!!

11-26-10 09:17 PMLike 3 - Thanks for this. I didn't realize it was out there. It seems it could use some tweaking to make the fonts larger and the options fully touch compatible, but it'll do for now. Thanks!
Dictionary.com OTA version that works on the Torch:

I guess my answer is Words with Friends...lol...though WordRival, with a few updates, could be good enough to fix that.
It would also be nice if Comcast would hurry up and release their DVR manager app.11-26-10 10:25 PMLike 0 -
Seen Word Rival buit haven't tried it.
Have you looked at Lexulous in App World? Lexulous Lite is free version. It's not as polished yet, but pretty good so far and they're working on further upgrades I believe.11-26-10 11:10 PMLike 0 - Dictionary.com OTA version that works on the Torch:

In App World 1.0, ALT+RST would clean up your My World section, removing uninstalled and archived apps from the bottom of your installed apps list.
In AW 2.0, it's basically a forced refresh of App World.
You use it when an Upgrade that you know is released isn't showing, it says an app is unavailable when you know it is, AW is insisting you have an Upgrade when you've actually already installed, etc.
Think of it as a battery pull for App World. Or maybe the ALT+SHIFT+DEL of App World would be a better analogy.
And it does NOT clear your Uninstalled list at the bottom of My World. That list is meant to stay, and is collapsible if you want to pretend it's not there.11-26-10 11:27 PMLike 0
