I was just thinking there should be a thread discussing what wed all like to see from scocialsope. My list right now:
An offical version
Some color in the UI
Ability to Like/comment something without opening a post
Ability to like a comment
Veiw number of likes/comments without opening a post
Some kind of help page or an overall more useful website
Please don't turn this into a "I've been waiting for ____________ please invite me!!!!l

Push notifications for FB + twitter direct tweets.
Separate update timers for twitter vs FB.
Photo upload and gallery viewing in FB (potential replacement for FB app).
Login information and settings doesn't get erased on OS upgrades.
Kind of lofty, but RSS integration with BerryReader, or their own RSS reader, to replace Social Feeds which currently blows.
I would like to have the ability to tag photos and choose which album I can upload the picture too, much like the Facebook app.
Also a faster settings menu. It's not very often I need to change any setting but when I do changing from one setting to the next can pretty slow.
The only other thing I can think of is sprucing up the UI. It's just a little too vanilla, it could definitely use a slight overhaul.

I agree with you on the color in the UI. The UI is too bland and white for me, which is probably why I keep switching between Uber and SS.
Just got an invite so excuse me if these features exist but haven't seen them...
- ability to click links in OS6 (or a work-around -- same problem applies to UberTwitter but there's a work-around)
- ability to rearrange tabs or change view
- alert option for mentions
- URL shortener
- Shortcut/menu item to show conversation
Help?
- FAQ and shortcut list (I assume someone has compiled them)
- What is "Auto" refresh frequency? Non-intuitive things like that should have a link to a definition
After reading through the post I've seen some suggestions that I had just not thought about that I approve here is some of the things I would most like to see in socialscope
Facebook:
-As someone who is in a neverending poke war with some family and friends it's a sizeable drawback from the amazing app that SocialScope has become. An easy solution for those who want nothing to do with this feature from facebook would be to take advantage of the mute capability within SocialScope. That should satisfy the pokers and non pokers of facebook.
Can't really think of anything just for twitter or flickr.
Foursquare:
-No current way to shout out without actually checking in. An easy fix would be to add it to the update status feature
General:
-The search feature is limited to just twitter, enabling this for facebook and foursquare (and flickr?) would make finding things about our friends easier, and a quicker way to find out what foursquare venues are around. Who doesn't want to know what pizza places are near them?
-SocialScope does not work on the official BlackBerry simulators. Sometimes when I experience a bug I want to try to recreate it on a simulator when I can not on my device, or when I need to accomplish something on my device.
Thanks to a generous forum-er here, I'd finally gotten an invite!
Unfortunately I'm still not sure if i'll keep it or just go with the native Facebook/Twitter apps.
Some things that are a bit annoying, and hopefully can be changed:
- Ability to change font
- ability to see how many comments or likes are on a post without having to click on it
- change the order of the tabs at the top
- set default status update destination (i usually only post to facebook, so i don't want to have to uncheck twitter each time)
- higher res icon , it looks a bit pixelated on the Torch
just a few things i thought of off the bat.
it's a great app, but i still don't feel like i can delete facebook and twitter yet.
