I am a gmail/gmaps user with no plans for BES. I try to clean up my 9700 a bit. So far I removed BB maps, some games, BB messenger, and thinking about removing BB messages too, but I don't see it in my core app folder. Anybody here tried to remove BB msgs? What else it is safe to remove from core/add-on apps?
what is bb messages? be careful before you lose your berry and mess it all up, the 9700 has PLENTY of memory, what are you trying to do??? You sound dangerous to me and too happy to delete stuff, I don't know why you would delete BBM but good luck to you....I guess.....
BB messages is the "envelope" app. I prefer not to integrate SMS/MMS with my emails since I use gmail app. But you are right BB messages seems to be too deep to remove safely from the os.
