Hey everyone i forgot to back up my storm and i reformatted the device =(, but i did have my contacts backed up on an app. The app told you what a number was if it wasn't in your contacts and allowed you to back them up i cannot remember the name. For some reason i think it has to do with sky something. In other words the name is ...sky or sky.... I think. I hope you can help! Ask for any more info needed
