Once you click the WeatherBug icon and it brings up WeatherBug, you then press the BB button (bottom button, 2nd from the left) That should bring up a screen that displays several icons, one of which is "Preferences".

...but clicking the WeatherBug icon doesn't open WeatherBug. It opens a webpage I'm starting to wonder if we're using the same version.

Edit: Ah, noticed you're on a Storm, which seems to have an entirely different setup than my Bold. I have totally different options than you, likely because we use totally different versions.

It's almost sounded like you were clicking on an icon that had bookmarked the WeatherBug site.
