Most of our folks have a blackberry of some kind. Need to be able to show a 24/48 hour shift. (work for 24 hours and off for 48 hour). And we need 48/96 hour shift also. Work 48 hours and off for 96 hours. Something we could change the color and bold the shifts we work. Anything out there like this? I'm a new Storm owner. recently a treo owner. I was able to bold my calender to fit our shift calenders and even color them on the treo.

I have a few Email accounts so for calendar purposes I just use
Email1= work= blue
Email2= Education= orange
Email3= Kid's school/activity= red
ETC.
Since there are to time limits to appointments in the calendar I imagine you could just extend the duration of the appointment for 24/48/96 hrs to suit your needs.
create an all day event for A shift, set it to recur every 3 days. set an all day for B shift, set it to recur every 3 days...etc
it sorta labels each day at the top if you will, then you dont even need to note when you work, as that would be a pain for shift swaps, reassignments, etc. you just look at what shift and you know, unless you put another event for that day noting coverage. I did it that way for a long time, worked fine. only downside is if you use a today theme you ALWAYS have a full list.
But it would be nice to have the calendar in month-view mode, and be able to see all the 1st shift days colored yellow, 2nd shift as black, 3rd as red....or whatever color combo.
