Downloaded and works fine for me as well, I don't need it to view my usage or anything of the sort but not needing a comp to login and pay is nice. I know the automated system does the same thing but I like the app just as well.

On my AT&T BB Bold 9700 I was able to finally enter a password once I turned off 'Predictive Input' under Input Options.

After this change the application works as described and looks to be a handy utility.

Sidenote, I WAS NOT required to reboot my BB after installing this application.

Is the WARNING in the Title really necessary?

it won't work for me. I tried OTA from the text and blog, it keeps saying my password is incorrect (I made sure the password is indeed correct). I'm running .423 on my 9700. I gave up on using it.

I've had the same "service temporarily unavailable" error when trying to login for days now? I've downloaded this app twice so far with no luck working.

For those of you getting 'Service Temporary Unavailable', please try hard reset by pulling the battery out and placing it back in as this worked for me and I have not had any problems since.

I'm curious, for those of you who had received this message, were you requested to reboot your device after installing the app?

I'm on a 9000 and didn't have any issues installing the app a couple of weeks ago. Notice I said installation...the application always tells me "the service is unavailable" when I try to use it. I deleted it this morning.

UPDATE: The first day I installed it, the app was unreliable at logging in. Ever since it's worked every time. Maybe their servers were getting overloaded because a whole bunch of people installed it at once.

So me and my friend(djsapp78) found out what the problem is with te app erasing the phone number and not saving the password. This problem occurs because suretype aka predictive text is turned on. Go into options, language, input language, show tex input options, uncheck predictive input. Then when you go back to the app u dont have to press alt to enter your number and it will add the * by its self.
