Overview
After launching BlackBerry App World some BlackBerry smartphone users may receive the following error message �"BlackBerry AppWorld is having trouble connecting to the BlackBerry AppWorld server. Verify your network connections and try again."


Resolution
This is a previously reported issue that has been escalated internally to our development team. No resolution time frame is currently available.
