Does anyone now how to get the VR+ v2.4.9 application set-up to run with BES 4.1.6.9
The problem I'm having is that the app is working as it should do but will not email out recordings using the BES, I have attempted to configure BES access through VR+ > Settings > Data Connections and select Force MDS/BES, but emails are still failing, when I run the Auto Configuration I get the message MDS/BES Failed.
