Other than support for LinkedIn, I'm not seeing what else is there quite yet.

From what I've seen at a glance:

Changed / Improved

• LinkedIn support
• Can update Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn statuses in one shot
• Vodafone notification icon is now not always on the home screen while the app is running
• Option to shorten URLs (bit.ly) while composing a message (press the Menu key to see it)

Still, disappointed though. The following deficiencies remain:

• Unable to set an option to send a message by hitting ENTER
• For Facebook friends, you can see their comments when they post a picture but you still can't see the picture itself (this is a big one for me)
• Still no support for new retweeting

Still a solid app and a great choice if you cannot get a SocialScope invite, but I was hoping for more after all these months and only an incremental update.

What do you mean Vodafone Update? How did Vodafone update their thing? WHAT is Vodafone update?

2.1 seems to break any compatibility with Storm devices. Can no longer scroll, and yes I took it out of compatibility mode.

is anyone else having trouble logging into facebook? i have a blackberry 9700. i get the login prompt, but after i log in, i just end up at the facebook homepage
