I have an unlocked storm. It does not have a browser app. I know this question has been posted on here. I read to go to options, advances options,...., send registration message. Well I never received a message. Did it several times. I tried to go through att and that client website where you set up bb email but it did not recognize my phone because its from verizon. So I could not get the service books that way. I have read and been told I need to get the service books. But really I dont know how to and if i had them I would not know what to do. Need some serious step by step help. PLEASE bestow some BB wisdom upon me. ANYONE!!!!!!!!!!

Too bad conting att was the first thing I did and I treid a second time. They are too dumb. And thanks for the link to that old post I will try.
