    I have been using an app on my phone for the last couple of months when yesterday it stopped working, so I uninstalled the app from my phone so I could reinstall it to see if this fixed the problem.

    But after I had uninstalled the app and tried to redownload it, app world said that it was 'Unavailable for this device' which is nonsense as I have been using it on that very phone for months!

    I even tried downloading it onto my laptop so I could then copy it to my phone that way but app world then even told me 'The Item is not available for your Device Model, Device OS, Carrier and Country'

    I have checked the apps website and it has no mention that they have removed it from BlackBerry. PLEASE HELP!

    My phone is Bold 9780 if that's any help?...any help would be much appreciated!

    Carrier do you mean network? I'm with 3.
    The app is Grindr Xtra.
    And I'm really not sure what OS I have, I'm useless lol How do I find out?

    Perhaps it's not working due to the BIS outage affecting your area.
