I keep getting "unable to authenticate user at this time. Please try again later"

But I have been getting this message everyday for the past couple weeks.

Any ideas why?

A portion of BIS user aren't getting their BIS data, and that could be you which is probably why it isn't authenticating you. Try again in a couple of hours

Yea, mine has been like this for a couple weeks now. Any idea who I can contact to get this problem resolved? I'm with AT&T in the US. Thank you!

try deleting the app and reinstalling.
