Downloaded the new update even though can't use it. Finally fixed the midnight theme to where u can see the highlight bar. It was a very light grey, now its a green. Looks better!

Here's a question - those who are protesting in Egypt/Bahrain/Libya/elsewhere were protesting via Twitter. How many of those were affected by Twitter cutting off Ubertwitter?

I would think a whole lot of protesters are affected. I could be corrected if I am wrong, but I believe these governments cut off access to BIS and such to stop protesters from creating groups & marching appointments, which left protesters using WiFi and other means instead. UT works on a lot of alternate connection options.

We've given the developers of twidroyd and UberSocial for Blackberry (formerly UberTwitter) access to the Twitter API again. Our initial review indicates that steps have been taken to remedy the violations for these applications.

When the developer updates twidroyd and Ubersocial, you'll be able to download their updates to access Tweets again on these applications.
