Is there any way in which I can make the notifications alerts come through quicker on UberSocial as they seem to take awhile, also when I go on the notification options on the app it says 'Alert on any new tweet' does that mean that it will notify me on any new tweet any of the people I'm following make?

Would be grateful if you have any suggestions or help.

For standard tweets, you are bound by the refresh time you set in the options.

For replies, mentions or direct messages UberSocial relies on the email notification hitting the inbox on your blackberry to trigger UberSocial refreshing to show the reply, mention, DM etc. Only the official Twitter App from RIM has push notifications for these type of tweets.

So you're saying I can't get real-time-notifications for my mentions or DMs on UberSocial for BlackBerry?
I mean it's not working as Twitter for BlackBerry? Too bad, cause I liked the themes and colors, and i wanted to buy it.
