How does twitter uodate your FB status? So you can tweet abd facebook from twitter?

Just go into your fb account, "Like" the Twitter page, add the Twitter app and connect fb and twitter. Then it will give you the option to post your tweets to your fb profile.

You may want to try the selective tweets app on Facebook. That way if you post a tweet with #fb in then it updates your Facebook status, otherwise it's just a tweet.

Might be of interest to you if you tweet a lot and don't want them all going as your FB status updates.
