They both have their benefits, but I mostly use TweetGenius.
SocialScope is still great though don't get me wrong, just visually TG is nicer IMO.

I use Tweet Genius...Been tweeting a lot more since I got it. Actually, I noticed today that I use Tweet Genius more than any other app on my BB...And to think I thought Twitter was a stupid and useless idea/concept when I first heard about it...

TweetGenius is great. 1.0.7 just got released 2 days ago. it keeps getting better and better imo. SocialScope is a closed beta, so I cant comment on it. You then have other apps like ubertwitter and others. more simple apps, but overall, im glued on TG.

@undisputed, I agree with you on that. I only have a few friends I follow, but I know what you mean.

I can't join twitter from my bb. Is there something I need to do first? I haven't downloaded anything. The words I'm supposed to rewrite are not there. Any ideas?

TweetGenius costs $4.99.

I use a combination of SocialScope and TweetGenius (the latter being from a very generous friend

. ) I still prefer SocialScope over TG though, and I'll probably like it even more once they have the full version available so I can link up two accounts to it.

i don't like how tweet genius doesn't have trending topics or people near me =( like uber does.

I have spent months trying to "get" twitter. I just don't. I want to, but it just goes right over my head. I mean why would anyone really want to know when I go to the movies or the hardware store? Am I just missing something fundamental about it?

lol. Twitter is like a social feed. For example, I follow BGR, CrackBerry and Engadget for my tech feeds when I can't go to the sites. I check my TweetGenius application on the updated news. At the same time, its a smaller version of Facebook. You can post status or even post a picture and your friends/followers reply.

It's just a way of getting faster communication. Why browse the web, when you have Twitter.
