How do I do this? Do I have to email them to myself?

You can email them to yourself or move them over to a folder on your storage card while your Storm is connected to your computer. It will look just like a any thumb drive would if you "Auto Enable Mass Storage Mode When Connected" set to 'Yes' in Options>>Memory.

Yes - rrhutch is right. Emailing is easier though.
