Im having an issue with my curve 8330 with verizon. I just upgraded my phone to the 5.0hybrid os and everything works fine except opera mini. I can no longer use the trackball to click my selection. opera 4.2 seems completely different in os 5.0 compared to 4.5. anyone else come across this and with a fix??
I don't think its your phone (IMO). I have 8350i on nextel and I'm using opera mini 5 beta. I have the same issue, it seems like it only clicks when it wants. It can be very irritating.
I have pretty much switched to bolt mainly because of the click issue

I use bolt as well but i really liked the functionality of 4.2. OM 5 is sooo slow on the curve 8330. The weird thing is i can make selections using the space spar instead of clicking the trackball but its very irritating.
This is a known issue. Opera Mini 4.2 does not work well on OS 5. I believe there are alternative buttons (side buttons) that do make it click, but its a pain.
Most OS 5 users have switched to Bolt because of this.
